our love story

We first met back in fall of 2010 we both were working at a local restaurant, The Lobster House. Richie worked in the store room and I was a busser. At the time I was still in high school and Richie was living up his early 20s. Long story short we both weren't ready to commit and we went our separate ways.

We reconnected in the summer of 2013 when Richie randomly messaged me a picture of a bracelet I gave to him back in 2010 and it was all down hill from there. Endless summer nights of mini golf and ice Cream turned into fall haunted walks and surprise tickets to my first Flyers game. On November 2, 2013 Richie finally asked me to be his girlfriend. 

Fast forward 4 years. December 15th, 2017 we took a leap of faith and purchased our first home . Together we turned our cozy little rancher into our perfect piece of paradise.

On December 25, 2018 we both were so excited to celebrate our first Christmas together in our new home. Little did I know Richie had something more up his sleeve than just a quite Christmas morning opening presents in our matching Christmas pajamas. Once we were finished opening our presents to each other .... so I thought, Richie walked into our bedroom and came back out with his hands behind his back. He got down on one knee with our yellow lab, Teal, by his side and asked me to spend the rest of my life with him. I don't remember much after that because I fell to my knees crying. I couldn't have asked for a more intimate and meaningful proposal. Christmas is such a special day to me and now that day means even more to both of us!

We cannot wait to spend the rest of our lives with each other!
